Breakfast was very good and delectable, I truly enjoyed almost everything.
The double room was well maintained and bright. The view was good of table top mountain. The hotel's position was marvellous and beautiful, next to all the neccesary bus stops and walking distance to attractions as well as the stadium. Cafe Ou Meul Bakkery located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The warm welcome from your Concierge. The reception staff were helpful with queries put to them and were knowledgeable and pleasant. Proximity to the Railway station as we caught Rovos Rail from Cape Town. Also proximity to the Airport bus. We were able to walk to the Company Gardens and the Waterfront, both of which we enjoyed immensely.

Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean, sauna was good to use
Pool wasn't very clean and was very cold, house keeping wakes you up about 7-8am everyday unless you put up the do not disturb sign.

pleasant staff members, reliable laundry services, supportive maintenance teams
Loud noises disrupting sleep!!! Rooms needing fresh paint and clean carpets!!! Providing insufficient amenities like spoons for tea!!! Charging for basic services seems excessive!!!

Well-appointed rooms for hotel guests. Hearty breakfast with options for vegetarians and the '' hot food '', as for instance served in the restaurant.

The hotel had a nice aesthetic appeal.
I am outraged by the shoddy service and lack of communication. The staff's apathy was appalling. My requests were ignored and keycards were missing at check-in. The whole experience seemed like a nightmare with unhelpful personnel and no accountability.

Reception was very friendly and helpful and attented to our every need promptly and efficiently. General hotel staff courteous and plesant at all times. Breakfast buffet of international standard. Room very comfortable. All in all a very pleasant stay away from home.

Family with children will love it
The staff were super friendly and cute . We got an awesome personalized welcome card in our room with some snacks which was a nice touch.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable.

Great hotel, not fancy, but clean and nice rooms for a very reasonable price. Situated between city center and waterfront.
